Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s technical vision and engineering roadmap
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering organization
- Partner with Product and executive leadership to align technical execution with business objectives
- Drive architectural decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and security
- Establish best practices in development processes, CI/CD, testing, and quality assurance
- Build strong hiring, performance management, and career development frameworks
- Oversee engineering budgets, vendor relationships, and infrastructure strategy
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience scaling engineering teams in high-growth environments
- Strong technical background with credibility across architecture, infrastructure, and modern development frameworks
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success
- Demonstrated ability to build and retain high-performing teams
- Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience in high-growth SaaS, fintech, healthtech, AI, or enterprise software environments
- Experience leading distributed or global teams
- Background in security, compliance, or enterprise-grade systems
