We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Vendor Operations Coordinator (Contractor) to support onboarding and data management for third-party (3PL) resources across our Streaming organization.

 

This role sits within Special Operations – Vendor Operations and is critical to ensuring accurate contractor data, seamless onboarding experiences, and scalable operational processes as our vendor footprint grows. While administrative in nature, this role requires strong systems thinking, data discipline, and the ability to manage workflows across multiple stakeholders.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

●       Contractor Onboarding

o  Execute end-to-end onboarding for third-party (3PL) resources across tools, systems, and workflows

o  Partner with Vendor Ops, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding

o  Maintain onboarding checklists, documentation, and process consistency

 

●       Contractor Data Management & Accuracy

o  Maintain contractor and vendor data across systems (primary: Airtable)

o  Ensure high data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all records

o  Regularly audit, clean, and reconcile data to prevent discrepancies

o  Support reporting needs by extracting and organizing data for stakeholders

●       Operational Scaling & Process Improvement

o  Identify inefficiencies in onboarding and vendor operations workflows and recommend improvements

o  Help scale processes as new vendor types, teams, and use cases are introduced

o  Support documentation and standardization of evolving processes

●       Cross-Functional Coordination

o  Coordinate with Legal, Finance, HR, and Technology teams to support vendor lifecycle activities

o  Track onboarding status and proactively communicate updates or blockers

●       Additional other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
