Transaction Analyst / Finance Manager – Mergers and Acquisitions (Latin America)

Must Haves

• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, strategy, or transaction support
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Understanding of due diligence processes
• Ability to synthesize complex information for senior leadership
• Fluent English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field

• Experience working across multiple Latin American markets
• Exposure to deal structuring (acquisitions, joint ventures, franchise models)

Day to Day

You’ll support mergers and acquisitions initiatives by researching potential targets, building financial models, and evaluating strategic fit across Latin America. You’ll help shape acquisition strategies, prepare clear materials for leadership reviews, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support transaction workstreams.
