Staff Technical Program Manager – BOH Deployments

Job Description

Leads end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale BOH deployment programs across multiple regions. Owns execution from planning through go‑live and stabilization, drives cross‑functional alignment, manages risks and dependencies, and ensures technical, operational, and market readiness. Operates with significant autonomy, influences senior stakeholders, and raises the bar for program management rigor and execution quality.

Must‑Haves

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles
• Proven ownership of large, complex technology deployments in enterprise environments
• Strong technical fluency across software systems, integrations, and infrastructure
• Experience managing global or multi‑region programs
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Ability to simplify complexity and communicate clearly across technical and non‑technical audiences
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams, vendors, and operational groups
• Proactive mindset with strong risk identification, dependency management, and execution discipline

Plusses

• Experience with BOH, restaurant, or retail technology systems
• Exposure to international deployments or market launches
• Familiarity with inventory, labor, or restaurant operating systems
• Experience working with franchise partners
• Background improving rollout playbooks or repeatable deployment processes
