• 10+ Years professional experience in enterprise level environments
• 5+ Years Experience within Product/Program Management
• Hands on engineering experience or experience working very closely with engineering teams
• Experience implementing DORA Metrics and clearly explain impact 
• Highly analytical and strong communication
• Experience presenting to high level stakeholders
• Exposure to AI in recent projects, passion for AI

Day to Day:

• Own the roadmap for OrgMaster, an internal platform supporting engineering productivity, staffing visibility, and DORA metrics

• Drive feature prioritization and execution in collaboration with engineering, data, and program teams

• Define and refine use cases for engineering managers, PMs, and org leadership

• Collect user feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements

• Coordinate rollout and adoption strategy across a 4,000+ engineer org

• Define success metrics and track tool impact on engineering health and velocity

• Communicate vision, progress, and impact to stakeholders at all levels
