Technical Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly influential and adaptable leader who can drive adoption of new products, processes, and ways of working across cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires someone who excels at navigating ambiguity, aligning diverse perspectives, and ensuring initiatives are successfully implemented—not just planned.

You will act as the bridge between business, product, and technical teams, ensuring that strategic initiatives are understood, adopted, and executed effectively across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Adoption & Change Leadership

  • Lead the rollout and adoption of new products and processes across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive alignment, buy-in, and long-term behavioral change
  • Translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable messaging tailored to different audiences

Conflict Resolution & Influence

  • Proactively identify and address stakeholder misalignment or resistance
  • Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicts and drive decisions forward
  • Influence without authority to ensure initiatives are executed as intended, even in the face of disagreement

Driving Execution & Accountability

  • Ensure alignment between strategy and execution by holding stakeholders accountable to agreed outcomes
  • Monitor adoption progress and intervene when initiatives are at risk of not being implemented effectively
  • Act as a central point of coordination across cross-functional teams

Navigating Disagreement

  • Build compelling, data-driven narratives to guide stakeholders toward the right decisions
  • Balance empathy and assertiveness when managing opposing viewpoints
  • Ensure critical initiatives move forward, even when consensus is not easily achieved

Technical Learning & Product Understanding

  • Quickly ramp on new products, systems, or technical concepts to effectively engage with technical teams
  • Translate technical details into business-friendly insights for stakeholders
  • Demonstrate curiosity and structured learning to build sufficient depth to influence product decisions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience driving stakeholder adoption for new products, processes, or transformations
  • Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills in complex environments
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technical concepts quickly and apply them in a business context
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics

Preferred Experience

  • Background in product management, program management, or transformation initiatives
  • Experience in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • Exposure to technical environments (e.g., software, data, or systems implementations)
