The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for collaborating with product, engineering, operations,

compliance, trading, and vendor teams to define requirements, document workflows, support testing,

and deliver reliable technology solutions. The Senior Technical Business Analyst is expected to serve

as a subject matter expert and provide deep functional and technical expertise across core

applications, business processes, and operational domains. The role may include coaching, training,

and supervisory responsibilities as needed, along with leading department-level, cross-vertical

initiatives. This position may operate within a dual-reporting model, partnering with both technology

leadership and business unit or functional management.

workflows, produce functional specifications, support testing, and deliver reliable technology solutions.

The Senior Technical Business Analyst operates independently to ensure analysis, specifications, test

cases, implementation deliverables, and technical deployment runbooks are clearly documented,

executed, and aligned with business objectives, production readiness standards, and modern delivery

practices.
