• Build and improve automated workflows
• Support ETL processes, APIs, and system integrations
• Troubleshoot LMS issues and manage ServiceNow tickets
• Analyze platform data and usage trends
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors
• Support global rollouts, platform updates, and digital learning projects
• Maintain technical documentation and configuration standards
