RESPONSIBILITIES

GHG Accounting & Reporting

· Gather, validate, and support calculations of our carbon footprint across the organization, including company operations, events, and media productions.

Sustainable Packaging & EPR

· Validate packaging material data across products and SKUs to support Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting obligations.

· Support the preparation and timely submission of EPR registrations, reports, and fee calculations across applicable U.S. state programs.

· Monitor evolving packaging regulations and research sustainable alternatives to support reduction targets.

Sustainable Event Practices

· Assist in implementing sustainability initiatives at events and media productions across energy efficiency, waste diversion, circular materials, logistics, and fan travel.

· Collaborate with event managers and production agencies to track event-level KPIs (e.g., waste diversion rate and emissions per attendee), capture lessons learned, and pilot new solutions.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS

· At least 2 years of experience in sustainability, carbon accounting, or environmental compliance.

· Significant experience of carbon accounting and the GHG Protocol (Scope 1, 2, and 3)

· Working knowledge of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations and U.S. climate-disclosure laws;

· Experience preparing regulatory or sustainability data submissions is a plus.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical requirements for non-specialists.
