They will be expanding a martech product to new business units. The Strategy & Implementation manager plays a critical role in supporting marketing plan execution by designing processes, optimizing workflows, managing change, and enabling teams through strong communication and hands-on solutioning. This role blends strategic problem solving with practical operational execution, requiring someone who can translate business challenges into actionable solutions, build clear process flows, and develop compelling presentations.
This role will lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, shaping the marketing technology ecosystem to enable personalized, omnichannel customer engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance.
