What You'll Do

• Design and build AI-powered product capabilities using modern LLM and agent frameworks
• Develop and scale Python backend services and APIs
• Architect systems that combine AI agents, structured workflows, and domain-specific analysis
• Build infrastructure for evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems
• Own major product areas from concept through production
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows and validate solutions
• Help define technical architecture, engineering standards, and development processes
• Contribute to frontend development when needed using React and TypeScript
• Collaborate closely with founders on product strategy and roadmap decisions

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Strong Python engineering experience
• Experience building backend systems, APIs, and production services
• Experience building with LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG systems, or related AI technologies
• Proven ability to ship products quickly and independently
• Strong product instincts and willingness to engage directly with customers
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
• Desire to help build a company, not just write code

Nice to Have

• React and TypeScript experience
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and AI infrastructure
• Experience with AWS, GCP, cloud architecture, or DevOps
• Cybersecurity, threat modeling, or security engineering experience
• Experience at an early-stage startup or as a founding engineer
