What You'll be Doing:

Review role requests from ServiceNow, identify opportunities for training, birthright, and updates

Review API calls to ensure proper error handling

Review process for various IGA intake requests and streamline

Work with IGA team to identity role structure improvements

Assists product owners in systems analysis and creation of documentation for all business processes.

Assists in the production support and maintenance of applications as needed.

Actively participates in all team Agile ceremonies
