What We’re Looking For

Comfort operating as a solo builder with the ability to hire and lead a team as the
program grows.
–
A can-do attitude ready to roll up your sleeves and help the VP of Operations scale this
program.
–
Working knowledge of SQL and experience with low-code platforms (Retool, Airtable,
etc.) to build dashboards and operational tools without waiting on engineering
–
Fluency with AI tools and AI-enabled workflows. You’re not just aware of them, you
actually use them to work smarter.
–
Strong communicator who can manage relationships with third-party contractors and
partners while also keeping internal stakeholders aligned.-
Flexibility to be available outside standard hours when program needs arise (evenings,
weekends). Enforcement doesn’t always happen 9 to 5 and may impact your
non-business hours schedule.
