What You’ll Do
- Design and build scalable backend systems for AI-powered applications
- Develop and optimize knowledge graphs and data models for structured and unstructured data
- Build systems that power search, retrieval, and intelligent agent workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, ML, and design teams
- Work closely with enterprise users to deliver reliable, production-grade AI systems
- Iterate quickly in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Who You Are
- 3–8 years of software engineering experience
- Strong backend or systems engineering experience (e.g., distributed systems, APIs, data infrastructure)
- Proven ability to build and ship high-impact products
- Interest in AI/ML systems, particularly LLMs, retrieval, or data platforms
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, early-stage environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs, search, or retrieval systems
- Familiarity with knowledge graphs or data modeling at scale
- Exposure to enterprise software or complex data environments
- Background in finance or other data-intensive industries
