Must-Haves
- Experience supporting software asset management, IT asset management, software procurement, or software licensing operations
- Experience tracking software inventory, contracts, entitlements, license counts, renewals, and usage
- Understanding of the software asset lifecycle from procurement through renewal or retirement
- Ability to analyze asset data and identify missing information, duplicate tools, compliance risks, and optimization opportunities
- Experience maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation
- Strong Excel, reporting, and data-management skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple business units, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Day to Day
- Support software assets throughout the full lifecycle, including procurement, entitlement tracking, usage monitoring, renewals, and retirement
- Work with business units to collect and validate software inventory, contract, license, and vendor information
- Track upcoming renewals and flag potential risks, gaps, or compliance concerns
- Monitor license consumption and compare usage against purchased entitlements
- Maintain contracts, license keys, renewal dates, and other software asset records
- Help consolidate asset information into centralized ITAM systems
- Support vendor and contract consolidation initiatives
- Prepare reports for leadership on renewals, compliance exposure, and optimization opportunities
- Assist with software audits and ensure supporting documentation is accurate and readily available
