- ServiceNow SAM Technical Architect
Location: Orlando (Preferred)/Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for end-to-end SAM Enterprise Architecture, design & Implementation
- Lead design & configurations including normalization, reconciliation, and license metrics.
- Architect the integration between ServiceNow SAM and various data sources (e.g., SCCM, JAMF, CrowdStrike, Tanium, Coupe etc. ).
- Help set up and manage SaaS integrations for cloud-based applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Adobe, Salesforce etc.)
- Define technical standards for software discovery, inventory, and software model management.
- Own the technical roadmap for SAM, ensuring alignment with ITAM goals and ITIL best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong focus on SAM Architect Experience
- Strong understanding of & Hands-on experience with
- ServiceNow SAM Pro
- CMDB & Discovery
- ITAM, ITSM, and integrations
- Experience designing complex ServiceNow data models and workflows
- ServiceNow Certifications (Mandatory):
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- CIS – SAM (Implementation Specialist) / ITAM-related (as applicable)
