Senior Software Engineer - Oracle HCM

5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud development and support experience
5+ years with Oracle BI, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Reports Builder
4+ years developing HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas
4+ years using HDL for data conversion, migration, and maintenance
3+ years of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure experience
Oracle HCM integrations with external enterprise applications
Experience with large-scale HRIS transformations, Oracle implementations, or cloud migrations
Agile development experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

Oracle OCI and/or HCM Cloud certifications
Oracle Integration Cloud experience
Oracle HCM implementation, upgrade, or migration experience
Experience across Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Management
Technical leadership, mentoring, and code-review experience

Develop and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, integrations, reports, and data-conversion processes
Build and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle BI reports
Develop and troubleshoot HDL processes, Fast Formulas, and data migrations
Design integrations between Oracle HCM and external applications
Provide OCI and Oracle HCM architectural guidance and technical leadership
Conduct code reviews and establish Oracle development standards
Mentor team members on Oracle tools and best practices
Participate in Agile ceremonies, production support, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvements
