REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
● A Pragmatic Doer: 3–6+ years of hands-on IT operations, systems engineering, or DevSecOps experience in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment. You move quickly and troubleshoot without heavy ramp-up.
● Google Workspace & Cloud Identity: Deep administrative experience configuring groups, org units, access policies, and security baselines.
● MDM & EDR Experience: Direct experience configuring and maintaining Intune, Jamf, and EDR platforms like CrowdStrike across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
● Linux Systems Administration: Strong working knowledge of Linux administration, OS patching, secure access management, and shell scripting/automation.
● Practical Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with NIST SP 800-171 / CMMC 2.0 controls—enough to map requirements directly to system settings. You don't need to be a policy writer, but you must know how to build the control.
● Clearance & Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required due to CUI and ITAR data handling. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance is preferred.

● Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
● Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Security+, Google Workspace Administrator, AWS, or MDM/EDR credentials).
● Experience working at an early stage company, or demonstrated ability to build things from the ground up and a desire to have a true ownership stake in the company you are building.
