Must Haves:

• 5+ years of professional experience within IT
• Experience within security – Compliance, governance, audits, IT policy
• Experience reviewing results of penetration testing, CVEs, against attacks and threats
• Basic Network admin skills – Cisco, Arista, and Meraki experience preferred
• LAN, Route/Switch monitoring and configuration 
• Familiar working in a Windows Environment
• ISO 27001, ISO 14001, or ISO 90001, ITAF 16949, TISAX certs are a plus

Plusses:

Day to Day:

My client is looking for a Security/Network professional to bring on to their team. This person will join a team of 2 system admins and 1 senior network engineer to support the client's infrastructure. The team supports the infrastructure for 14 different sites. This person will be primarily focused on assisting with security – there are 12 audits a year for the corporate business side, focused on IT policy and procedures, helping maintain certifications, with a focus on compliance and governance within the org. There may be a small portion of tech writing and keeping policies and procedures updated. A basic network or system admin background would also be a plus, as 80% will be a security focus, with 20% network/system support. This role will convert to full time after 6 months, with benefits. Once converted to full time the candidate must be ok with being in an on-call rotation one week a month – with company phone/laptop for remote access for the on call.
