Day-to-Day:

• Lead complex, high-dollar sourcing and contract development activities with minimal supervision
• Draft, negotiate, and modify complex contracts including pricing, performance metrics, service levels, warranties, terms and conditions, and risk mitigation language
• Partner with Legal, Risk, Safety, and business stakeholders to protect company interests and finalize commercial agreements
• Support category managers with sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial decision-making for large or complex spend categories
• Apply pricing models, TCO analysis, cost containment strategies, and market indices to drive value and reduce risk
• Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant to procurement teams and business units on contract development and sourcing best practices
• Collaborate with Service Center, Center of Excellence (COE), and business partners to improve procurement processes, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Provide guidance and leadership to Procurement Professionals and Procurement Analysts as needed
