MUST:
- 5 years of recent experience as a salesforce architect
- started as a salesforce developer and moved into architect
- expert with sales and service cloud within salesforce
- experience with cpq or revenue cloud
- expert level with salesforce integrations
- salesforce developer 1 and 2 certified
- salesforce technical architect hugely preferred/at least done some type of architect exams for SF
- strong experience building business processes from scratch in SF
- strong with data migrations in SF , large amounts of data
- great communication
- able to navigate a greenfield implementation with a demanding client

Day to day:
Our consulting client is seeking a Salesforce Architect to join their team to help a large pharma client on a greenfield Salesforce implementation. In this role, you will function as a highly technical Salesforce Architect leading a complex, greenfield implementation within a large pharma organization. This initiative involves designing and building a brand-new Salesforce ecosystem to replace two existing Salesforce orgs, creating scalable business processes from the ground up. This person will focus on Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud within Salesforce and involves monthly travel to Virginia to the client site.
- Architect and design solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud (CPQ).
- Build business processes from scratch and define future-state workflows.
- Oversee large-scale data migrations, ensuring strong data architecture and governance.
- Design and implement complex integrations across enterprise systems (including Informatica).
- Compile and prioritize the product backlog, guiding development teams.
- Collaborate with and challenge internal technical teams to ensure best-in-class architecture.
- Engage directly with demanding stakeholders, clearly translating business needs into technical solutions.
- This is a high-visibility, enterprise-level transformation requiring strong architecture expertise, communication skills, and deep Salesforce technical knowledge.
