The Sales Manager will lead and grow the company’s sales efforts across the DFW market, acting as both a player and a coach. This individual will manage and develop a small team of sales representatives while also owning key builder and developer relationships. Day to day, they will align closely with the production team to ensure projects run smoothly, track and manage an active pipeline of work, and provide regular updates on market activity and performance. The role involves a mix of new business development and account management—spending time in the field meeting with builders, developers, and geotechnical partners, hosting lunches and lunch-and-learns, and attending industry events to build a strong presence in the market. This person will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing relationships, many of which have historically driven the majority of business in the region, while also identifying and closing new opportunities to support overall revenue growth.
