Sales
- Identify and win new business across life science, lab infrastructure sector and manufacturing facilities.
- Sell consultatively – guide clients through equipment selection, technical needs, and phased procurement tied to facility buildouts or renovations.
- Engage with lab planners, facilities leads, operations managers, and project engineers throughout the buying process.
- Manage full-cycle deals from proposal to post-installation follow-up.
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach – cold email, cold call, and execute targeted prospecting sequences to open new opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong top-of-funnel pipeline by researching ideal accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and initiating first conversations.
- Use CRM tools to track activities, prioritize leads, and keep momentum on all active opportunities.
Project Management & Client Coordination
- Develop and manage detailed project plans using our CRM and Accounting Software
- Estimate costs across project phases; ensure accuracy and alignment with the client’s budget.
- Monitor project timelines, logistics, and install readiness to ensure smooth delivery and high service standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships – serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Align with construction timelines, funding rounds, and permitting to stay ahead of client needs
- Prepare detailed project and sales status reports for management.
