This role serves as the on-site safety coordinator for a data center site, spending most of the day in the field monitoring work, enforcing safety procedures, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and site-specific standards. They’ll run safety meetings, review JHAs/PTPs, verify and host all training and certifications, and work closely with subcontractors to prevent issues before they happen. They’re also responsible for tracking incidents, documenting observations, supporting investigations, and coordinating with regulatory agencies if needed. Overall, they act as both a safety enforcer and partner to operations, helping drive a strong safety culture while keeping the project compliant and running smoothly.
