What You’ll Do
· Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, including designers, installers, production, operations, administrative, and leadership positions.
· Partner closely with department leaders to deeply understand each role, team structure, and performance expectation — not just fill seats.
· Develop sourcing strategies that go beyond job boards, identifying experienced, high-caliber talent through proactive outreach and networking.
· Lead onboarding and new-hire integration to ensure strong starts and long-term retention.
· Support employee engagement, training initiatives, and performance processes as the business scales.
What We’re Looking For
· 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (in-house or agency), ideally across multiple role types and skill levels.
· Proven ability to recruit for skilled, operational, and professional roles, not just corporate positions.
· Strong understanding of hiring best practices, employment compliance, and candidate experience.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously.
· A self-starter mindset — someone who takes ownership, asks the right questions, and isn’t afraid to dive in and learn the business.
· Excellent communication skills and strong professional judgment.
