About the Role

The DC Network Engineer will help design, integrate, and implement telecommunications and data communication technology systems. This role is responsible for supporting data center infrastructure projects by ensuring cabling systems are designed and installed to meet industry standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine telecommunication and data technology needs by examining existing infrastructure.
• Design and lead the implementation of data communication technology in new buildings.
• Ensure efficient, safe, and compliant cabling infrastructure in data centers.
• Oversee the installation of cabling projects from design through completion to ensure industry standards are met.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure cohesive system functionality and compliance with contract requirements.
• Continuously improve personal, technical, and leadership skills through training and professional development.
• Represent and promote the company's mission, vision, and values.
• Complete all required safety training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) Certification is required.
• Previous data technology experience required; management experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
• Proficient in using computers and electronic devices.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications and work orders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
