Key Responsibilities
- Monitor installation teams and subcontractors to ensure work complies with project specifications and contract requirements.
- Perform field quality inspections and quality assurance audits.
- Prepare and maintain QA plans for construction activities.
- Manage document control and maintain accurate project quality records.
- Identify quality issues and help implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives across the project.
- Communicate technical information effectively with field personnel and project leadership.
- Maintain organized documentation and assist with project closeout activities.
What They're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of QA/QC or construction quality experience.
- Experience performing inspections, audits, or quality documentation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both field personnel and management.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Telecommunications or low-voltage construction experience.
- Data center construction experience.
- Structured cabling or fiber infrastructure experience.
- Experience with document management systems.
- Construction QA/QC background.
