• Run cross-functional meetings and capture decisions, action items, and next steps
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and turn them into clear tickets or tasks
• Track tickets through completion and follow up on blockers
• Keep project status, priorities, and owners visible across teams
• Maintain meeting notes, action trackers, and basic project documentation
• Help bring structure to fast-moving work across operations, systems, and data partners

This person will run meetings, gather requirements, manage tickets, and keep cross-functional work moving.
