Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Scheduling & Planning

• Track schedules across all active projects using Touchplan
• Stay focused on forward-looking planning, especially work 8-12 weeks out
• Complete pre-assessments ahead of upcoming work to keep projects on track

Field Team Support

• Make the field team's job as easy as possible. From a culture standpoint, this is the biggest part of the role.
• Lead and support meetings and reporting on behalf of the field team

Cost & Safety Reporting

• Track cost metrics, including a one-month look-ahead on costs
• Report on safety metrics, including TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate)
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports on cost and safety performance

Travel/Oversight

• Will be overseeing no more that 3 projects at a time
• Spending approx a week a month at each project with 1 week home
• Current Locations: Texas and New York
