PRODUCT MANAGER – SELF‑SERVICE SOLUTIONS
Overview
Lead an empowered, cross‑functional team to discover, deliver, and continuously enhance a self‑service kiosk product that drives measurable business and customer impact. This role owns the product vision, strategy, and outcomes, partnering across the organization to solve real user and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
• Define and communicate a clear, compelling vision for the kiosk product grounded in customer insights and business priorities.
• Translate strategy into actionable goals and initiatives, emphasizing outcomes over output.
• Maintain and evolve the product roadmap using data, feedback, and emerging needs.
Customer‑Centric Discovery
• Lead discovery efforts to identify real customer problems and validate solutions before development.
• Engage directly with users, operators, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and test assumptions.
• Ensure all features and initiatives are supported by evidence of customer value and business viability.
Cross‑Functional Team Leadership
• Foster a culture of trust, autonomy, and shared accountability within the product team.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, marketing, finance, and legal to co‑create effective solutions.
