- Gather and translate business and operational requirements into clear product specifications
- Conduct user research to identify platform pain points and inform product decisions
- Partner with engineering to assess feasibility, technical constraints, and dependencies
- Define acceptance criteria, success metrics, and product performance goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SRE, platform, infrastructure, and security teams
- Support reliability initiatives (SLOs, incident response) and ensure compliance standards
- Align with franchise technology teams on deployment and support models
- Communicate roadmap updates, priorities, and decisions to stakeholders
- Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies
- Present product strategy and business impact to senior leadership
- Document requirements, decisions, and trade-offs for transparency
