My client is hiring for a PO to support 2 of their front end feature build mobile teams over iOS and Android, a team size of about 15 people total (mobile software engineers, Tech leads, QE's, and scrum masters). The Product Owner will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of enhancements and new, industry-leading features. This role aligns cross-functional journey leads, product leadership, technology, servicing, and enterprise stakeholders to execute against roadmap priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver measurable improvements in customer experience, digital adoption, and Marketplace conversion. This team runs a scaled Agile environment and is an AI enables train. The client is also working on some exciting AI initiatives so any exposure to implementing those workflow and familiarity with agents and prompts is a plus. They will also work closely with the UX partner and will need to be comfortable with stakeholder engagement, updates and planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day delivery of credit card servicing initiatives within the client's mobile app, coordinating priorities and execution across a matrixed organization.
  • Act as Product Owner for two agile teams, supporting SAFe practices and ceremonies including PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint execution support, and demos.
  • Convert product and journey priorities into executable work by creating and maintaining a well-groomed backlog of features, and user stories, including clear acceptance criteria and definition of done.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements and innovation across core servicing journeys.
  • Coordinate delivery across native mobile builds and integrated micro-frontends (MFEs) from partner teams, ensuring a seamless, consistent servicing experience.
  • Manage and sequence dependencies on Enterprise APIs and enterprise process owners; partner with engineering and architecture to ensure scalable, secure implementations.
  • Lead cross-functional partnership and alignment with legal, compliance, risk, servicing stakeholders, enterprise process owners, and other key partners to drive shared outcomes and timely approvals.
  • Support a target monthly release cadence, including occasional after-hours release support and release readiness activities (validation, go/no-go inputs, stakeholder communications).
  • Use data and customer insights to prioritize improvements and validate outcomes, driving measurable results including app downloads, NPS, feature adoption, reduced friction, increased visit frequency, and reduced call volume through self-service.
  • Drive increased Marketplace engagement post-login and new account acquisition via Marketplace-driven credit offers by partnering with Marketplace/journey stakeholders on conversion-focused experiences.
