What You'll Do
- Own your accounts end to end. Onboarding, adoption, delivery against contracted periods of performance, renewal, and expansion across a portfolio of government and enterprise customers.
- Be Holocron in the room. Lead briefings, demos, quarterly business reviews, and executive conversations with mission owners and senior stakeholders.
- Go where the users are. Spend real time with analysts and operators to understand their intelligence requirements, workflows, and pain points.
- Turn pilots into programs. Spot expansion opportunities across commands, agencies, and partner organizations, and work with the founders to close them.
- Be the voice of the customer. Bring field feedback back to product and engineering in crisp, prioritized asks that shape what we build next.
- Drive adoption. Run training, build playbooks, and make sure every user knows how to get answers out of the platform.
- Fix things fast. Coordinate across engineering, product, and leadership to resolve issues and over-deliver on commitments.
- Build the function. Define the processes, metrics, and tooling Mission Success runs on as Holocron scales.
What You Bring
- About 5 years in customer success, account management, solutions consulting, program management, or another customer-facing role, ideally in defense, intelligence, national security, or GovTech.
- Exceptional presence with enterprise and government clients. You command a room of senior stakeholders, handle hard conversations, and leave people more confident than when you walked in.
- Genuine passion for the defense and national security mission. You follow the space because you want to, not because the job requires it.
- Working knowledge of how DoD and IC customers evaluate, buy, and adopt technology: pilots, periods of performance, contract vehicles, and accreditation.
- A track record of owning renewals and expansions, or delivering measurable outcomes on contracted work.
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity. You act with urgency at an early-stage pace.
- Strong written communication. You turn messy field feedback into clear, actionable asks.
- U.S. citizenship. An active Secret clearance or higher is strongly preferred; you must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.
Nice to Have
- Military service, intelligence analyst experience, or time as a government user of analytic tools.
- Background in OSINT, science and technology intelligence, or technology and threat analysis.
- Experience at an early-stage defense tech or GovTech company.
- Comfort going technical with AI/ML or data platforms, with both users and engineers.
