DAY TO DAY:

We are seeking an LOA to come aboard the team as a full time employee. You will be an LOA to one of the most successful LO’s in the business and support his team of 4 LO’s. Daily you will support four Loan Officers throughout the residential mortgage loan process, from application through underwriting. Review applications in Blend and Encompass, work directly with borrowers to collect required documentation and resolve discrepancies, pull credit, run AUS, calculate income, and review assets and credit. Prepare files for pre-approval and submission to processing, maintain regular communication with Loan Officers and borrowers, and serve as a liaison throughout processing and underwriting to ensure files stay on track. Order appraisals, handle disclosures, and follow up on outstanding requirements to keep loans moving efficiently toward closing.
