Responsibilities
- Lead multiple land services projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Develop project plans, coordinate resources, manage priorities, and monitor project progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring a high level of service and communication.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness, accountability, and consistent execution.
- Coordinate, staff, and manage project teams by identifying resource needs, making staffing recommendations, and aligning personnel with project requirements.
- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and successful project execution.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, clients, and leadership to address challenges and drive results.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Support land services teams performing title research, leasing, acquisitions, due diligence, curative, right-of-way, GIS, and related land functions.
- Review project deliverables for quality, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
- Assist with onboarding, coaching, workforce planning, and team development initiatives to support project and business objectives.
- Contribute to operational improvements, resource planning, and best practices to enhance project performance, team effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
