Job Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide moderate to complex technical support for internal users across a variety of proprietary systems and applications. This role is fully onsite and requires strong troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage and resolve issues efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Must Haves
- Experience providing IT support for moderate to complex technical issues
- Strong troubleshooting skills across software, applications, and internal systems
- Ability to support proprietary or custom business applications
- Experience responding to support requests via email or ticketing systems
- Ability to escalate issues appropriately and communicate high‑visibility problems to leadership
- Strong understanding of workflows, user roles, and business processes to support system functionality
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Plusses
- Experience supporting systems such as JURIS, One Team, SIR, TAMS, or Voyager
- Background in claims, insurance, or similar operational environments
- Prior experience in a contract‑to‑hire or onsite support role
Day‑to‑Day
In this role, you will provide daily support for internal users experiencing issues with proprietary applications and business systems. Most issues are submitted via email, and you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, documenting, and resolving them in a timely manner. You’ll escalate complex or high‑visibility issues to the appropriate teams and maintain a strong understanding of internal workflows to effectively diagnose problems. Additional responsibilities include supporting quality initiatives and performing other duties as assigned.
