We’re hiring an experienced, strategic Director of Information Technology to help build and scale the IT organization across our growing portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you’ll partner with YAFB executive leadership and subsidiary operating teams to make sure our IT capabilities scale with us as we enter our next chapter of growth.

You’ll lead a distributed team and a set of third-party providers supporting multi-plant, multi-subsidiary food manufacturing operations. You’ll optimize our consolidated NetSuite ERP, mature our analytics environment, and continue building practical, ROI-driven AI capabilities — all while keeping plants running 24/7 and integrating new acquisitions cleanly.
