DAY TO DAY:

We are seeking a well-rounded, hands-on Infrastructure & Systems Engineer to support and maintain our technology environment. The biggest focuses of this role are infrastructure monitoring and patch management. This role is ideal for a versatile professional who thrives in collaborative environments, values cross-training, and can serve as a dependable technical backup across multiple infrastructure domains. 

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize server, storage, and security infrastructure across hybrid (cloud and on-premises) environments
• Perform proactive and reactive system monitoring to ensure uptime, reliability, and performance
• Manage patching processes, including operating system updates, security patches, and third-party application updates
• Support configuration management and infrastructure standardization efforts
• Assist in the design, deployment, and improvement of infrastructure solutions
• Contribute to automation initiatives to streamline operational tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen system resilience, security, and compliance
• Document processes and support knowledge sharing to promote strong backup coverage and cross-training
