Head of RevOps

Head of Revenue Operations

A fast-growing, venture-backed technology company is hiring a Head of Revenue Operations to build and scale the systems, analytics, and processes that power our go-to-market engine. This role will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and the Executive Team to drive predictable, efficient growth.

Hybrid role based in New York City (~3 days/week in office).


What You’ll Do

  • Own the full RevOps function, including forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and GTM analytics.
  • Build and optimize sales processes, territory models, comp plans, and operational dashboards.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage the GTM tech stack (CRM, automation, enablement tools, data systems).
  • Partner with GTM leadership to align strategy, messaging, and execution across the funnel.
  • Improve data accuracy, streamline workflows, and uncover insights that drive conversion and retention.
  • Lead annual/quarterly planning for revenue, headcount, and productivity targets.
  • Support cross-functional projects tied to growth, pricing, packaging, and customer lifecycle.

What You Bring

  • 5–10+ years in RevOps, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or similar roles.
  • Deep experience with CRM administration (Salesforce or HubSpot) and GTM analytics.
  • Strong modeling, forecasting, and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to diagnose operational issues, design solutions, and drive adoption.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a bias toward simplification and scale.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing skills.
  • Bonus: experience in SaaS, marketplaces, transportation, education, or other ops-heavy industries.
