The Opportunity
We're looking for our founding Head of Go-to-Market to build our commercial organization from the ground up.
This is a true 0-to-1 leadership role. You won't inherit an existing sales organization—you'll create it. You'll partner directly with the founders to define our go-to-market strategy, establish repeatable revenue processes, win enterprise customers, and build the team that scales Ranger AI into an industry-defining company.

What You'll Do
- Build and own Ranger AI's entire go-to-market strategy across Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, and Customer Growth.
- Develop the company's enterprise sales motion from founder-led sales into a scalable, repeatable revenue engine.
- Personally source, manage, and close strategic enterprise opportunities while building pipeline.
- Establish outbound sales strategies, account-based marketing initiatives, and partnership channels.
- Create pricing strategy, sales playbooks, forecasting, KPIs, CRM processes, and revenue operations.
- Hire, mentor, and scale the GTM organization, including Account Executives, SDRs, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure customer feedback influences product direction.
- Expand Ranger AI's presence across North America while supporting continued international growth.
- Represent Ranger AI at customer meetings, industry conferences, and strategic partner events.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales and go-to-market leadership experience.
- Experience building a GTM function from scratch or serving as an early commercial leader at a startup.
- Track record selling enterprise software with complex sales cycles and six-to-seven-figure contracts.
- Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, or related enterprise markets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and executive-level selling.
- Experience building sales processes, hiring teams, and implementing scalable revenue operations.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup.
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous startup experience from Seed through Series A/B.
- Experience selling AI, workflow automation, knowledge management, engineering software, or industrial SaaS solutions.
- Experience working with international enterprise customers.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales analytics, and modern GTM technology stacks.
