MUST:

·    5–7 years MINIMUM of professional software development experience

• React frontend (not something else similar)
• Java / Spring boot backend or NodeJS
• Ideally experience with:
  • microservice architecture
  • distributed systems
  • cloud native

·    Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)

·    Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions or similar)

·    Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system design

·    Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

·    Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

 

PLUS:

·    Experience with Python

·    Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, event streaming, e.g., Azure EventHub)

·    Experience with mission-critical or high-availability software

·    Familiarity with Git branch management and repository hygiene best practices

·    Familiarity with GenAI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and cloud-based AI services

 DAY TO DAY:

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team, building and maintaining mission-critical software across the full stack. You'll work on both frontend and backend systems, collaborating closely with product, QA, and DevOps to deliver reliable, scalable features.

Responsibilities

·    Design, develop, and maintain full stack features across frontend (React) and backend (Java) services

·    Architect scalable solutions and contribute to technical design decisions

·    Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews

·    Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud infrastructure (Azure)

·    Collaborate with QA to ensure test coverage and quality standards

·    Participate in CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps practices

·    Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and contribute to engineering best practices

·    Produce clear technical documentation for architecture and design decisions
