What You'll Do
- Own and drive the full sales cycle for new enterprise accounts in pharma and biotech
- Prospect and build pipeline through outbound, networking, industry events, and partnerships
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes, including procurement, IT, and C-suite
- Partner with technical and scientific teams to deliver compelling, tailored demos and POCs
- Develop and execute account strategies for priority targets
- Represent Katalyze AI at industry events (ISPE, BioPhorum, etc.)
- Provide feedback to product and marketing to shape GTM strategy
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling to large pharma, biotech, CRO, or CDMO organizations (strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (100K – $1M ACV)
- Strong consultative selling skills — you lead with insight, not features
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence
- Hunter mentality: comfortable building a pipeline from scratch in a new market
- Highly organized and disciplined in pipeline management and forecasting
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships in pharma manufacturing, quality, or operations
- Experience selling AI, data, or analytics platforms
- Familiarity with GxP, GMP, or pharmaceutical regulatory environments
- Experience at an early-stage startup or in a founding AE role
