Manage electrical construction projects from kickoff through closeout, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and reporting.
Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop execution strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects throughout Texas and neighboring states.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify scope, assess field conditions, and ensure work is completed safely and according to plan.
Manage labor, schedules, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and project budgets on a daily basis.
Coordinate with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and customers to keep projects on track and within budget.
Support estimating, bidding, and proposal development for new and existing projects.
Travel to project sites approximately once per week for site reviews, customer meetings, and bid opportunities.
Manage 1–2 projects simultaneously, depending on size and complexity.
Provide weekly project status updates, including schedule, budget, risks, and overall project health.
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with safety regulations, permitting requirements, and company standards.
