The Director of Continuous Improvement is a senior operational leadership role responsible for driving large-scale business process improvement and operational transformation initiatives across a construction/EPC-focused environment. This individual will lead cross-functional projects focused on improving operational efficiency, standardizing workflows, reducing financial and compliance risk, and strengthening communication between field operations and corporate back-office teams. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while leading teams, analyzing operational and financial data, facilitating executive presentations, and driving organizational change. Ideal candidates will have strong experience within construction, EPC, energy, utilities, or oil & gas environments, along with backgrounds in operational excellence, process improvement, analytics, stakeholder management, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. This position works heavily with operations, payroll, finance, HR, project controls, and executive leadership to identify operational gaps, implement scalable solutions, and improve overall business performance.
