Early-stage fintech/healthtech company (pharmacy payments and clinical care platform serving hundreds of partners, including Fortune 500s) is hiring a hands-on Director of Compliance to own its ISO 27001, SOC 1, and SOC 2 programs end to end. Build-and-run role: design and maintain policies, procedures, and controls; serve as primary liaison to external auditors; stand up an internal audit and enterprise risk program; and support customer security questionnaires and vendor due diligence alongside Sales and Partnerships. Partners closely with Engineering, Product, Finance, and the executive team to keep the company audit-ready as it scales.
