Experience building models that are in production, and ability to explain types of models used

• In the last couple of years, this client has stood up a number of tools that provide intelligence on shelf conditions and others that can direct TM tasks and automate system change. As these initiatives have been designed and piloted separately from one another, there is not yet controls in place to avoid collisions.
• To maximize the OSA improving benefits of these systems, the teams seek a solution that can take a comprehensive view of all shelf condition signals to determine the most important action to take and then properly route that action for execution. This will also replace legacy systems that require manual pushes/triggers inhibiting the team from targeting the right store at the right time.
