Role: Junior Data Entry Specialist
Duration: 9 months + extensions
Location: Remote in the US
Client: Telecommunications company focused on public safety systems
MUST:
- 1+ year of professional data entry experience
- Experience creating/mapping/configuring customer accounts
- Ability to utilize SQL
- Detail oriented
- Ability to create accounts and configure URL’s based off of a list of 1,700 sites
- Ability to work US time zone and 40 hours per week during regular hours
- Reliable
PLUS:

- Has done client onboarding/configured client accounts
DAY TO DAY:
Seeking a Junior Data Analyst/Entry professional to work remotely. Manage backend configuration, customer onboarding, and system provisioning activities across high-volume enterprise environments. Configure accounts, system records, integrations, and unique resource identifiers using SQL, regular expressions, Excel, and internal platforms. Translate structured site, user, and configuration data into accurate system setup while ensuring each environment meets established requirements and approval criteria. This person will create customer accounts and configure the URL’s based off of a list of 1,700 new customer sites.
Work through large-scale configuration projects with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and problem solving. Validate data, troubleshoot configuration issues, identify discrepancies, and make updates across multiple systems while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Partner with internal teams to support deployments, migrations, and ongoing platform operations in a fast-paced environment.
