Data Center Technician

• Hands-on critical facility/data center maintenance role
• Performs daily rounds & readings, inspections and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoots and maintains mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems
• Equipment includes HVAC units, pumps, motors, VFDs and boilers
• Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V
• Responds to facility/HVAC issues and escalates critical problems
• Supports vendors/contractors and monitors subcontracted work
• Follows strict MOPs, SOPs and EOPs
• Includes general facility maintenance as needed
• Requires flexibility for OT, on-call, weekends and varying shifts
