- ServiceNow ITAM/SAM experience (asset tracking, workflows, reporting)
- Familiarity with software licensing terms and compliance requirements
- Exposure to procurement, finance, or vendor management

Day‑to‑Day
- Maintain software inventory, entitlements, renewal dates, and lifecycle data
- Monitor license consumption and support compliance/audit readiness
- Consolidate vendor contracts and align renewal schedules
- Validate data from global Business Units and update centralized ITAM systems
- Prepare structured reporting on renewal risks, compliance exposure, and optimization opportunities
- Participate in global meetings and collaborate across regions with cultural awareness
