This Accounts Receivable & Credit Manager role is a strategic leadership position with a strong emphasis on cash applications and full-cycle AR oversight. The role is responsible for managing both onshore and offshore teams across cash applications, collections, and credit, ensuring accurate cash posting, timely collections, and effective risk management. This leader will oversee day-to-day operations while also identifying process gaps and driving improvements in a manual, evolving environment. A key focus is bringing deep expertise in cash applications and understanding how it connects across the entire AR cycle, as this has been a critical gap for the team. The position includes managing remote employees, supporting credit decisioning and escalations, and building scalable, efficient processes. While strategic in nature, this role requires a hands-on approach—especially in the first year—to stabilize operations, improve workflows, and elevate team performance.
